20ft Shipping OpenMesh floor Bunded Containers

Description

A new 20ft open mesh floor bunded storage container, converted from a one trip container rather than a used box. Under the galvanized mesh floor sits a 300mm raised bund and a 3mm Durbar floor welded into the container, so anything that leaks falls clear of the stored goods and is held inside the unit. The mesh is rated to a 7.5 kN/m2 loading. Twelve vents handle vapour.

Practical uses

This is the specification for storing chemicals or hazardous materials where drums and IBCs must stay out of any spillage rather than standing in it. Farms, waste handlers, workshops and construction compounds use them for solvents, fuels, oils, agricultural treatments and drummed waste. Exterior hinged double doors at the end with two locking bars and a factory fitted lockbox keep it secure. A 20ft flat floor bunded store is also available if you do not need the mesh.
