Description

A used 20ft open side container, also known as a full side access container, opens along its entire length on bi-fold side doors rather than only at one end. On a 20ft the difference is stark. Instead of reaching eighteen feet into a dark box, the whole load faces you.

How they get used

Forklift loading and unloading, with the driver working along the side rather than nosing in and reversing out. Wide or oversized materials that will not turn once they are inside a standard container. Pop-up shops, workshops and mobile storage units, where the open side becomes the frontage or the working face. Construction sites, events, farms and retail stockrooms all buy them for the same access reason.
