Description

A 32ft x 10ft customized container unit, sold part refurbished. Part refurbished means one specific thing here: the unit has been sprayed and painted externally only. It is a quick external respray for tidying purposes, and nothing behind the paint has been reworked or replaced.

Who this suits

Buyers who want the footprint and the existing fit-out at a working price and do not need the unit to look or perform as new. Site accommodation, storage, or a second unit standing alongside a properly refurbished one where only the outward appearance needs to roughly match. If you actually need a unit that has been refurbished internally, tell us at the enquiry stage, because this is not that and it would be unfair to let you discover it on delivery.

Condition and specification

  • Unit: 32ft x 10ft customized container
  • Grade: part refurbished, meaning sprayed and painted externally only
  • The respray is a quick external tidy-up, not a refurbishment
  • Sold as seen, in working condition
  • The external spray does not change the grading: un-refurbished unit terms are what apply

Being clear about grading saves arguments later. An un-refurbished unit that has been resprayed still carries the wear, marks and quirks it had before the paint went on, and it is priced on that basis.

Ordering

We will send current photographs of the actual unit before you commit, because on a sold-as-seen item that is the only sensible basis for a decision.
