Description
This is a used 10ft container made by cutting down a longer ex-shipping line box. A standard ISO 40ft is typically cut into four of these, with fabricated rear panels and corner posts welded on and the whole unit prepared and resprayed inside and out. It is sold wind and watertight. We can cut to other lengths if 10ft is not the size you need.
What buyers use it for
Cut down containers are the low-cost route to secure steel storage. They suit yards, farms, allotment sites and small compounds where the budget will not stretch to a one-trip box and the container is never going to leave the ground. Because the cut end is fabricated rather than factory-built, this unit cannot be used for shipping — it is a storage container, and it should be bought as one.
