20FT INSULATED CONTAINER(USED)

Description

A used 20ft insulated container, for goods that need interior temperature swing limited and protection from condensation and mould. It is insulated, not refrigerated: there is no working cooling unit, and it will not hold a set temperature. What it does is slow the rate at which the inside follows the outside, which for a great many loads is all that is actually required.

Where it earns its keep

These are used to store and transport food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, paper and leather — the goods that are ruined by damp and condensation rather than by warmth. The 20ft length keeps them easy to place and handle. It is worth knowing the distinction before you order: we supply working refrigerated containers, insulated non-working reefers such as this, and standard containers modified with insulation, and they are three different products at three different prices.
