40ft Office & Storage Combo Container

Description

A used 40ft container, 40′ in length, modified into a combined office and storage unit. One end is finished out as a working office; the rest stays as open cargo space. That means a single delivery covers both jobs on a site that has no room, or no budget, for two separate containers.

Who uses a combo unit

Construction sites where the foreman needs a desk and the crew needs a lockup behind the same set of doors. Farms and plant yards that want a parts store with somewhere dry to do paperwork. Utility and municipal depots use them the same way. Because the office end is already fitted out, the unit is earning its keep the day it lands rather than after weeks of fit-out work.

• Cosmetically, common dents and dings reflective of age and weathering

Being a used unit, this is not a showroom container. The shell is sound and the office end is functional, but the paintwork carries the marks you would expect from a box that has already done a working life.
